ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process all orders within 4-5 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we encounter a high volume of orders, there may be slight delays. We'll reach out to you via email or telephone if there are any significant delays.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can select your preferred shipping method and see the total cost of shipping. While we strive for timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur.
ORDER TRACKING & CONFIRMATION
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Please note that The MRL Group is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
DAMAGES
While we take utmost care in packaging your products, The MRL Group is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Make sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items for the claim process.
